Rule 10: Advertising

I was putting music on direct chat and speaking with them, but only between us far from every thing, for one second there I switched channels to vehicle and It passed to side channel for 3 seconds max...

I had been warn before*long time ago. But i didn't know you couldn't tell a teamspeak on direct chat to my friends....

Please please speak to me... I had absolutly no intention of publicly advertising or disturbing anyone, I was telling my friend who forgot our teamspeak address. If you want I can apply to open a chat room in Altis.co.uk teamspeak...

This wont happen again. But I just ask for ingame Admins to not ruin someones day without me first having a real reason do immediately ban someone like this. It was just brutal and abusive in my opinion...

*i recently donated and just got back from my family reunion, being banned like this is an absolute shame...

he was not advertising ts i just forgot what it was it my fault i dont think he should be banned for that ppl do make mistakes plz unban as he role plays really well and to get good of rrps is stupid as there hard to find 

 
Must say that I feel this seems abit unfair, I know vento and he does his utmost to have quality RP and wouldnt knowingly break the rules and risk a ban. He loves the server and I think you should give him another chance. My two pence.

 
We have very very clear rules about this

Absolute gaming has been advertised here before and we warned the owners to never advertise again and to advise all members.

Currently checking the logs over the past few weeks before i look at this unban request.

5A) Advertising other Altis Life servers/community's is a bannable offensive on our server/website/ts with no ban appeal.
 
5B) Advertising any products / websites is bannable
 
5C) Advertising any other teamspeak than TS.ALTISLIFE.CO.UK on our teamspeak/website/server is bannable.
 
its a stupidd ban ur going to lose good players for a silly thing dude sever will just get bad rep

Wilco I am not apart of them i have NO INTEREST in showing ppl their Teamspeak. I just happen to use it becouse i know them. It is a big clan so maybe im getting caught here on the middle of some previous aG members adverts... Idk

As I told you I can apply to have a room in altis server teamspeak. If that makes you happy.. * I repeat I am not a member of aG

Vento does not belong to aG (Absolut Gaming), he is only using our TeamSpeak server this days for special favor.
Some members of aG (Slayer, Guess Who) got banned because Vento advertising and Vento doesn't have kind of association with aG team.
 
Please review the aG members ban, because they dont made any advertising, it was a external player (Vento) that was advertising our server without our knowing.

Its not a stupid ban, we make our rules very clear and have banned entire clans/groups in the past

aG have been warned in the past about advertising yet upon checking the logs further they decided to ignore a friendly warning therefore I issued 4 extra bans to aG members.

I don't give 2 flying fucks about bad rep... its our rules and our rights to ban people if they are breaking those rules

Hi there,

I'm the founderowner of AG, and [PTSC]-Pakito never made part of this team, he is just using our teamspeak this days because he asked the favor while hes server is down, and i believe he would have no interest in advertising our teamspeak since he is not a member. I cant control if he is giving my ip address away on your server, once ago you advertise me through your teamspeak server about my channel logo, i didnt know that i cant have my website there so I've taked it off. About this situation i still dont know why i'm banned..

It is clear. I already read it... and I said I am sorry for it. What more can I say Wilco? 

I could read it 100 times... and I assure you I wont ever do this again. I just voluntarily helped you guys after dealing with the hackers.

As for the aG guys i have caught out in the logs advertising your website/ts then you need to create your own appeals.

You warned our members (aG team) because theyr advertisement in the past, they where newbies and they didn't where fully aware from all the rules, they learned the lesson and after that warning one of our main goal here was to fully read and understand server rules. 

All aG member are aware of server rules and committed to follow them strictly, and i repeat this so you can take any consideration and please review the unfair bans given to aG members, [aG] - SlAyEr and [aG] - GuessWho?!

Vento aka [PTSC]-Pakito is just a random guy that is using a channel of our teamspeak server this days on a special favor while hes server is offline.

Vento aka [PTSC]-Pakito advertised our teamspeak server with our knowing and without our permission, Vento and the rest of PTSC team is already removed from our Teamspeak server because they don't belong in any way to aG team and this experience showed us a point.

So, i ask you, please take some consideration on my request and review the aG members ban.

As i said they need to open there own unban request... Upon banning the member in this appeal this morning I sat down and checked the logs

[aG] - SlAyEr and [aG] - GuessWho?! These members plus 2 others were issued bans for advertising within the last 2-3 weeks.

 
User unbanned.
