Banned due to ''cmdr''? (Unbanned 09/01/2015)

I was banned today with the statement ''cmdr''.
This happened a few seconds after my AMD Gaming Evolved replay software crashed and i was sent to a ''mission failed'' menu (like the one when you abort) where i click disconnect and simply re-join.
When i do this my carracter has been rolled back with a few minutes. seconds later my AMD  replay software crash again and im banned.

I have no idea why i was flagged, i had a quick chat with sovereign who told me i was flagged for using ''development tools''.
I do not have any of theese nor do i know what  that is.
