i was banned after killing someone that we had restrained on a bridge 

at the time i killed him there was alot of heat and people killing others on the bridge in kavala we had 3  hostages and the one got let free the after i said you will be executed he said "zack wait i can help you repair the car", where as the guy that i shot, before i said it  just said "that there is no point killing me as i have just been killed" my friend there for said " you shouldn't be here after the new life rule"  then i shot him 

i spoke to vladic ka and he said your getting banned mate so i spoke to him about it he said it was rdm but they were our hostages at the moment in time and we played it out for abit then killed him after,it wasn't as if i just ran up to him and killed him we role-played it but i know i shouldn't have just killed him but at the moment i was quite tired it was late and i made a mistake,but from my understanding it doesn't state that you cannot kill a hostage after you have told them they are going to be executed, so if that is rdm then the rules of rdm need to be more deeply detailed to whether yo can kill a hostage after he was told he was going to be executed. 

I do believe that vladic ka was in a bad mood as we was having a conversation about it he was very angry and and i  stopped talking then i was banned, i do know he went on a banning spree banning new life rule breakers before i was banned.

Ok you guys basically started a mini war with some guys who ran into the fence beside you. Then it got all of the hobos in Kavala to swarm to the bridge and was causing havoc. You even had several of them restrained and executed one guy who had fully complied with you. I came in and asked you to leave to end it which is when you got argumentative with me and thats when I reviewed my footage and banned everyone who I saw breaking rules. Bruce Lee is fortunate not to be banned for the killing all of the guys that were in the car that plowed into your mate. The driver of that car,Uffelinus, also got banned for VDM and breaking NLR as with several others.

I would suggest if you are going to start hostage taking on a massive scale like you did you do it elsewhere. Doing it in Kavala causes pure and utter chaos hence why I asked you to leave.

I will look at this again tomorrow.

 
vladic i see where you are coming from but at the end we left it then i was moving the cars out of the road and a man was still robbing me then i saw u sand spoke to you i do not recall being argumentive but if i was i am sorry.

 
"You" as in your group. I may still ban Bruce Lee. Just watched him kill the guys in the car and it's not pretty.

 
Well thats not to disscuss with me thats what he did and we were informed that they were killing and robbing people but im going off now

When I see hostages that fully comply with their captors just to get executed anyways it really boils my blood. People should be rewarding compliance by letting hostages go otherwise what is the point in complying in the first place?

I will approve this for a FINAL chance on the server.
