Banned by mistake? (Denied)

Haven't been in this server for quite a while, and never broken even the ingame law. Was going to log in and play a bit last night, but found out that I was banned apparently for VDM, if I understood the topic correctly.
 
I'm guessing that you banned the wrong person with the same username as mentioned in the report (Sami). Therefore, I'm asking if this ban could be lifted away so that I could continue with my 'life'.

I have read the rules. I read them before I joined the server, I read them again when I was playing, and I have read them even after that. I do fully understand them.

I did once kill someone by driving, but that was because the person ran in front of my car in an attempt to get run over whilst I was trying to stop the car before that happened, so in truth, it wasn't a VDM, but an accident. I stopped immediately and solved the issue with the police within the server right then and there.

This happened in Kavala, but not where and when that video and report shows it. And that happened when I was playing under another name, not Sami. So, the Sami on the video is a different one, like I pointed out in the opening post.

But since it seems that rather than apologizing for a mistake and rather trying to roll the blame on the player (who in this case, for example, isn't the one to blame), I don't think it matters anymore whether or not I get unbanned. I'm not willing to play on a server where an innocent man gets the blame because someone else with the same name happens to break the rules.

The GUID is aa0bf6b7617f11c06a82cde8df3a8b9a and that is not what's my issue here.

My issue with this situation (and especially his message) is that the tone I get from it is that "don't ever do that again or you'll stay banned", which in my case is what, join the server and play there? Since, as I've pointed out in both my messages before, the person shown in the video on the report is not me. It gives me the expression, that even if you wouldn't break the rules, you'd get banned if there's another player with the same name.

I wasn't expecting an official apology or anything, I was just expecting some kind of an explanation as to why I was banned instead of the actual offender of this case. That's all I wanted, yet even that wasn't provided, but rather an attitude of "We don't care".

So, I guess what I'm trying to say, is thank you, but no thank you. I'll rather take my business to a server in which innocent people don't get punished for mistakes of others. And I will be recommending any friends intending to play or already playing here to do the same before it happens to them.
