Seems like the first shot was a misfire and the second shots were a response to the first ones. Try and put your weapon away if they have been threatened you because you walking towards him raised your weapon at him which probably scared him.
It is sort of RDM but it seemed from what he said in voice "sorry" that it is likely a mistake. If this happens in future try and ask them to come to teamspeak and sort it out, they might even compensate you if they admit the mistake.

They didn't say anything like put the gun away, I also asked to join ts, they did and they said that they didn't do anything wrong

If you want to know if something is banable but NOT have the offending parties banned, then take it to a mentor and ask for their opinion. Posting it on a public forums will result in the person getting banned if they are seen to actually break a rule by an admin viewing. ( so if you don't want them banned don't post it.)
Additionally the first person to shoot probably isn't used to seeing people walking with pistols and was unaware that your character automatically raises them when jogging. This is more than likely why he shot and then realised what happened, resulting in him not shooting and lowering his gun. He can be heard to say sorry as he realises his friend started shooting. His friend also panic shot because he saw you walk to his mate with a raised gun and then his mate shot, meaning he wanted to keep his friend safe.
They tried to rob you are you drove past, then you reversed knowing they're a threat with large caliber rifles so not the smartest decision. They also asked for hands up and then you approached one of them. I understand why they opened die but I wouldn't consider it RDM, just an accident. There was the first fault from you which resulted in a second from them.

Guys he says "Get out and put your hands on your head" he didn't so he got shot... There shouldn't be a discussion here, it wasn't RDM. Case closed...

Cause they didnt you were a armed person they gave a direct order to,you didnt comply,hence why you got shot.
