Description of what happened:
said rebel got killed by the police, and out of no where this hobo comes and takes the dead rebel outfit.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
1A) Cheats, scripts or hacks of any kind are not allowed. Even those who are not considered harmful, like graphical enhancement utilities.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
nothing To resolve. Told the hobo hes not allowed to do that, and he done it anyway
