Description of what happened: Saw him at Kavala wearing inappropriate clothing that is the bounty hunter vest. Then he kidnapped my friend, went to help my friend out and turns out i saw the same guy still wearing the same inappropriate clothing. Plus he was doing illegal stuff, kidnapped and killed my friend.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: Rule 13: Clothing/Equipment 
13A) Bounty hunter clothing is only to be worn by the bounty hunter, bounty hunters may not wear this uniform and do illegal things on the server like killing people and drug runs.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, i told him on sidechat "why he was wearing it" but he ignored me.

Hey I been told by admin/players, its illegal things is not Server rules, but police rules, I.E if he gets caught he will lose his bounty hunter license

First off all i had no idea it was a bounty hunting carrier rig, i robbed this from a guy named Angel something, i asked him for his carrier in which he gave me and we let him go. There was absolutely no way i could have known that this was a bounty-hunter carrier-rig. without anyone telling me, I just rewatched the video of the events, and saw you saying in side chat that i was wearing one. But at the time, we had a huge shootout, my pulse and adrenerline was pumping, so i didnt see your message, i didn't ignore you, i just didnt see you.

The next time i log into the game i will drop it somewhere, where it will never be found. or just return it to some random bounty hunter, i am sorry for this happening i had no intentions of rulebreaking or ignoring you.

2nd I am technically not wearing his clothing, that i would have distinguished.
