hello, Basically I do have a mic but didn't use it in that situation because i was AFK and then when i got back noticed police pulled me out my car, I got in and drove off thought nothing of it, when got pulled over and had a 20k ticket which really annoyed me I can prove I have a mic next time I come on

I was standing in front of you asking you to speak several times while you were typing in direct and all of a sudden you went AFK?

Your account is a typical troll one. No money. Driving and firearms license with a couple of cars. Ill give you one last chance to persuade me that having you on the server is beneficial to us.

 
No I was AFK at the start when I was pulled out the car, I wasn't afk after. It was right at the start I was AFK and it's not beneficial to anyone for anyone to be playing the server it's just a fun game, also troll account ? first time playing i'm new so nice noobie friendly server i've found :)  I have a few friends that wanted start playing it so we all came on, Not my fault i'm new xD I was afk got pulled out i drove off, that's all the ban was because I have no mic valid so if I prove i have a mic that's the ban sorted, you can't ban me for no valid mic as the broken rule then change it to something like troll account xD I can prove i have mic therefore i've done nothing wrong

I was one of the officers that pulled you over. We were in pursuit of a red pick up ( I do believe it was red ) and we chased it around the corner. Upon turning the corner we could only see one parked pickup in red ( yours ) we asked you to come out and you didn't ( I don't think you complied it was a few days ago ) and so we proceeded to question you through direct chat typing. We were not finished when you decided to get in your pickup and drive away ( we were only going to caution you but it was rude to drive away so we pursued you ) you crashed ( I think ) a number of seconds later and we proceeded to question you again. You weren't responsive and Vladic came and you still weren't.

That is what I remember the situation to be.

The ban was for no mic. Your account is a typical troll account. You did something wrong by going AFK on the server and you not using your mic therefor a ban was issued. How can people RP with you when you are gonna go AFK in the middle of an RP.

Dont think this server is for you.

Denied.
