BAN FOR ADVERTISING (Denied - Duplicate Post)

I was banned two days ago for advertising and all I did was say ''hey Kieran remember me form the ''''''''' servers and then I was banned, I didn't even know this was a rule. admins keep replying to my other topis asking questions like ''when were you ban'' or ''ok whats your battleye guid'' and then I answer them and nothing happens, not even a reply

I know, ive been sitting on my computer all day trying to resolve this! Im new and I didn't even know then admins are asking me questions for me to get unban and then I answer them and they don't even rely.... nothing happens!
