but i was running towards my friends in telos when i realised they were being questioned by police for unknown reasons. instead of getting involved with police, as i was a gang member and drug dealer, i decided the best course of action was to get in a car while everyone was distracted and simply drive off. either giving my friends an easy escape because the police may be preoccupied with me or hey get a free car...

You were killed by a cop at Telos, re-spawned in Athira, ran all the way back and then stole the car.

 
It still is the character you play, i.e. it is still part of the rebels or cops and it still knows all his friends.

My friends Toril and Joe needed a distraction... stealing a car when cops arent looking seems like a good distraction if they realize  if not ive got my self a new car 

 
You broke the NLR, the fact you are still trying to justify your actions clearly shows you're either not fully understanding the rule(s) or you're too arrogant to admit your mistakes. 

 
i would have been breaking RP if when toril and joe said come meet us in talos and i say no cant sorry died have to wait to meet you. which would be breaking another rule of idling. so it was a catch 22 for myself in that situation.

 
There was no catch 22, you got killed by a cop, broke the NLR by returning within 1km before 15 minutes. I guess the latter of my previous statement was correct after all.

We have the busiest Altis Life server in the world therefore if you need to goto the shops or go away from your PC for more than 5 minutes then please kindly disconnect from the server.
 
not much i can really do when the only people i play with our being held up by police within 1000m of my last death. i cant break say i died there because of the NLR which means i forget the events.
 
Our servers are 120 slots. You were playing with two other people. That means apart from the 1 headless client we use and excluding the cops on scene there were 113 other people scattered across the map you could have killed 15 minutes with, but instead chose to break server rules. 

This is the final post i am going to spend time on writing to you.

Here at ALUK we run a tight ship, people make mistakes and in some cases we can accept that and offer another chance ONLY when the person has accepted what they have done wrong and apologized for those actions. You continue to try and justify your actions when you clearly broke a server rule. 

I suggest re-reading the rules thoroughly, hold your hands up and accept what you did, then await the decision of a senior admin.

I bid you farewell and goodnight, i'm well and truly spent after tonight.

if you check i had no car no money so killing someone would have been really difficult at no point have i denied i broke a rule i was simply saying if i had waited the for the police and the admin who was present then it would have been other the 5min idling rule. i understand that i went within 1000m of my death, however i didnt seek revenge i was just simply trying to meet up with my friends again. i once i saw that the police where there still i did steal a car and try and drive off. i had no way of getting revenge for what happened.  i would also like to point out i have already read the rules enough and understood them fully but maybe if you read up on the definition of arrogant you would know trying to justify something dose not mean i was being arrogant. i was just trying to tell you why i broke a rule ( thats basicly me raising my hands up and saying i broke a rule) 

TL'DR i ran back to meet with friends (which i understand is against the rules but i thought as it was over then we could just go on without any problem) once i got well within the 100m i saw the police where still there so i stole a car and drove off in the other direction, i didnt talk or acknowledge any player at that point on wards then got 100m down the road and banned. 

 
My last thing i type about it is i didnt say sorry because i didn't effect anyone, i simply broke the 1000m rule ( yes i understand i broke that rule ). if i had kill someone in revenge then that person deserves an apology.  if it affects the admins/mods of the server that much that i ran within 1km of my death, then i am sorry i broke the rules and RP.  

 
This is an example of how not to dispute a ban. Player clearly does not understand NLR and I am satisfied that he would use any excuse to break it again.

Denied.
