Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: i'm not denying that i vdm'd but i only did it in a manner of trying to escape from police while holding alot of contraband, which i thought was an acceptable use of vdming. The police officer never complained to me about me vdming him and still let me play with no complaints for the remainder of the time i played which an hour until i voluntarily left the server.

And go to 4:40, you can clearly see that Duffdog55 (you) purposefully aims his vehicle to VDM me.
VDM'ing is a bannable offence, hence why you was banned, Duffdog55.

You stated that, "which i thought was an acceptable use of vdming."Under no circumstance is VDM considered "allowed" and being a Police Officer I know that we have a struggle with this sometimes as it's difficult to stop speeding vehicles without it being classed as "VDM" and therefore we have to use other certain methods in order to stop a vehicle.

The reason I didnt contact you is because,
1. I wouldn't have known your phone number to contact you via mobile
2. I'm on Bluefor and cannot contact you by Sidechat as I'm on a "different team"
3. You was not on Teamspeak

Due to this, I submitted a report as you should know the rules like the back of your hand before coming into a Serious Roll-playing community that many people put hours upon hours into. I personally didnt expect you to be banned as fast as you was and actually thought you might have seen the report before hand to have a say on your defense.
I don't hold any grudges against yourself, and it's all up to the Admins as to whether you're unbanned.

My apologies then James, watching the video i did intentionally run you over, and for that i am sorry. But as i said, and i know its no excuse i did have alot of contraband and i was trying to avoid being caught and arrested. And i understand now that no vdming is allowed at all, regardless of circumstance. 

while re-reading the rules i came across where i went wrong, i understood where i went wrong while reading the rules, i misread them aslong as you have an rp reason and a rebel licence then vdm can in certain circumstances be allowed, but re-reading through it proved me wrong as it is only with certain vehicles against other vehicles.

And thanks for not holding any personal grudges.
