Please copy and paste the rule you broke:  I'm unsure that I did break a rule, I got into a unknown guys car(Hinz), he drove out of the city, with the doors locked, then drove back in, colliding with what i assume was an admin. The car was deleted/impounded? Hinz logged off quickly. I spawned outside the car an admin ran up to me and told me to stay still, and I was banned. My friend N3X then spoke to the admin who told him I was banned for drivers VDM which resulted in a blanket ban for those in the car. He also said he recorded the incident so he may be able to hear the guy unlocking the locking the car making me unable to get out. :)

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: Not knowing the Hinz guy and being locked in the car, it seems unfair to punish me for the rule he broke, though i can see why I may have been banned given the rule he did break. I'm relatively new to the server, and It'd be a shame to have to leave so soon.

I believe the admin was called vladic, but I don't entirely remember.

Just watched my video. I banned two players as they both scattered when I deleted the vehicle.

This guy was in the passenger seat so his story could be true.

 
To add to what I've said earlier and in relation to vladic having a video, I'd like to try and prove I didn't know him. I regularly play with N3X(brothers) and spend a lot of time near him as I'm sure server logs would show, it just happened to be a wrong place wrong time, Hinz's car was open so I went for it, he locked me in before I changed seats to driver and jumped in himself before allowing me to exit and drove off. After the incident when N3X talked to vladic he only asked about why I was banned and shows no interest in the fate of Hinz only telling the admin his name. If there's anything else I can provide you with to help with the decision process please just say!

Ok we will issue a unban, however if you get caught VDMing someone in the future we will make the ban a perm one without appeal.

Yeah, I just checked and I was able to log into #1? The bans list isn't different each server is it? I was banned on #2?

Regardless, Thanks for being reasonable.
