Ban Appeal (Format not used)

I had died and was sent to my respawn location. I bought a new vehicle, and went to run and get in it and instead of holding down the SHIFT button, I was holding down the Caps-Loc..which activated the global chat and next time I knew it, I was banned. I'm not a malicious person, and the action was not deliberate. May I please  be unbanned.
