So, the reason I got banned was that I apparently killed a guy on VIP Island and “Bugged” out of a police car. (http://i.gyazo.com/28463dd3806d6c78a7b2624ff73578fe.png)

Let’s start off with the killing on the island since that’s the lamest part. I didn't kill anybody on the island at any point. The reporter even says it wasn’t me who killed a guy on the island ( http://i.gyazo.com/dedb2821e1680a34a0cf168778402d91.png). You can see that I don’t kill anybody on the Island in all the videos from the scene (Below the text). So that’s the Island dealt with. Then we got the “Bugging out of a police car”. I am being pulled out of the vehicle at the time where I'm supposed to have “Bugged out of a police car”. So I don’t exactly understand how it’s “Bugging out of police car”. I was unrestrained when put in the car (Shown in video 3 where I’m sort of floating on the roof of the car showing I’m unrestrained). The officer that was with me in the car was already warned that if he scrapped my Ifrit then he would be killed. Witch gives me a reason to kill him. I kill him and run away. And that’s the point where the important episode end. If it’s a bug that I get unrestrained when I get put in the vehicle. Isn't that something that should have been announced or made a rule about etc. etc.?
I didn’t/don’t know it was a bug. I thought/think it was just a new feature to the server that if the cop that restrained you got killed then you were unrestrained when you get knocked out of enters a vehicle. I can live with that it’s a bug that you get unrestrained when you are put in a car or knocked out, but banning me for it is a bit rough in my mind. This “bug” have never been spoke about. Made rules about or been announced in any way at all. I can’t see how I’m supposed to know it’s a “bug” and that its common sense that it is. When nobody never spoke about. But I can ensure that I will never make any use of this “bug”. If we had just been informed it was a bug. Then I would never have acted like I did.

Then we got the video of the killing on the Island. It’s in full HD and you can see I didn’t kill anybody. And I was also restrained under the killing (Shown in video 3)

That was all we got from the cop side. Moving on to our point of view. Here is a short version of a record covering it all (Video 4). In this video you can see that I don’t kill anybody and I was pulled out of the police car and not “Bugged out”.

Alright, you are pardoned from the first issue. Sorry about that one. The "Exploiting" you were accused of is not exactly fully "Exploiting" as you are unrestrained when the officer that restrains you is killed, but it is not exactly the best of RP as both me and you know in real life cuffs don't magically slide off if the officer that cuffs you is injured. 

I also appreciate your efforts to supply evidence that you are not guilty for both charges. And I think that you deserve a second chance on the second accusal. It is not exactly exploiting but I can understand where you are coming from with your thought there. But maybe in the future before doing that even though you are infact unrestrained maybe take RP into consideration.

I hope this time you learn your lesson and don't exploit bugs using a stupid excuse like "the cops abused us so I think it was fine"

apparently giving someone some advice on how to not get banned again is considered bad attitude by you...allright. I'm out.
