You were banned for telling Harkonnen to get out of a vehicle and then shooting him instantly and your friend then glitched his gear and logged off with it,before I could ban him. There is also a video involving you two RDMing that someone is going to upload later so it will be taken care of regardless.

Can you tell me the name of the person or time when we are meant to of RDM as I record all of my game play?

As you can see in the video, at what time did my friend glitch his gear?

1.It is indeed plausible why you shot him.

2.The rearming at a corpse is not supposed to be possible and there is a little box that appears with our anti-loot script in the upper right that says "You are not allowed to loot dead bodies." It's possible there is a hole in the anti-loot script,but you should not be able to take mags from dead bodies. It would also appear in his death cam that you were trying to glitch his gear with how many hand grab animations he was seeing which is what he reported. Harkonnen also mis-identifed your friend's name as he was dead.

I would currently say this situation is grey. 

I know the name of the person who claims to have an RDM video against you,but I will not reveal it as they likely do not want me too and their not on TS for me to ask if their ok with it.

I Have always been able to pick up someone weapons/ ammo after they have died, by using the scroll on the mouse and clicking the mag/the weapon. I never that you should not be able to do it.

The hand Grab animations was me picking up the ammo, I even comment in the video that he had a lot of ammo

I will put a bug report in now (with another bug I found today)

I understand about not giving out the name, I will wait for his report then I will post a counter claim to it.

The weapon pickup is allowed and is supposed to happen as it falls out of your hands,but not the ammo rearming on the body. I am aware you were picking up magazines in the video and not trying to intentionally glitch gear,but from Harkonnen's perspective it looked like you were trying to glitch his gear(Helmet,vest ,etc.) in his deathcam.

At the moment I would wait for the other person to put their video up and take it from there with an unban appeal including all the information you've gathered from the two reports.

Sorry to butt in here Sov, but I have been told by several other admins that you are allowed to take mags. I have done it several times. If this is not allowed I will of course not do it anymore, but as I said several admins, among others Kris and maratek, has said its okay.

I had a discussion with a few people about it that were asking me. I may be wrong,but it was my understanding. Originally only the gun would drop,then we made it so bodies were lootable,then we removed it to prevent wasteland type behavior and I thought it went back to the gun only method. This has not appeared often,because it only works if the weapon you have out matches the one the dead person posesses.

In the event this is true then an appeal will go through swiftly,but as I stated I recommend that Bamfon wait for the video that someone else said they would post about an unrelated situation to consolidate time.

Sovereign, I was wondering if that was some kind of time frame for the guy put up the video?

Because it would be kind of unfair if I was sitting banned lets say 3 days+ with no video.

I just checked the account of the person who told me. They put up a video against the person that Harkonnen mis-identified as your friend.

I'd say your clear to put up an appeal any time now.
