Bain - RDM?

Time & Date this happened: 17th Feb at approx 9:05pm
 
Which Server did this happen on: Server 2
 
Description of what happened: My gang got into an altercation with the police, it ended up being a gun fight, i could understand if it was a member of the police that shot me but considering it was a civilian who was nothing to do with the scenario and he said nothing before he opened fire and killed me and another gent i feel it was RDM
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:
 
Rule 5: Rest of Altis
VDM = Instant Ban (We have a anti VDM script however running people over for run is banable and considered VDM)

RDM = Ban if no role-play, Remember this is a serious roleplay community therefore shooting people on sight with no roleplay is RDM, engage in roleplay at all times.

 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: i messaged him in side asking why he opened fire without a word and his response was "im just a civ helping out"

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)

And if the kill on you doesnt class as rdm, im sure the kill on the suit guy does :)

 
The 'suit guy' was my buddy @Bob Bobbington that unfortunately stood in my way xD, anyway, at 0:19 you hear a voice asking for a warning shot, that is me. Roleplay is initiated and shots are fired, as I have a license for a gun and can use it to help police is life threatening situations I run up to the sniper and take him down... I don't see a problem with that as the situation had already gone past negotiations and into shots.

That was police asking for warning shots as my team mate was talking to an officer, even if that were you, you were in no way engaged with me at that time. When you came to me... What did you say?... Nothing.. If you were helping the police which you shouldn't have been anyway then you would have told me to put my hands up seeing as you had the drop on me, no, instead you say nothing at all and open fire. In my view you used the situation unfolding between police and a rebel group as an excuse to randomly kill someone and it is rdm.

Yeah, I like to hug bullets.

My initial plan was to knock you out and give the police a bit of time or something, Bain was seemingly trigger happy.

I also asked in side: "Who got killed by Bain? He wants to resolve it in Teamspeak", to which I got no reply.

IT WAS ME, Me my friend and the Police officer will confirm that that voice is me asking for warning shots, I am an off duty cop helping out in a situation, there was clearly an immediate threat to the officers life so I took the shot... 

 
Tampax. Regardless of the voice being you or not. You were not on as a cop so you should not have been involved. Not to mention your interaction was with someone who wasnt me. The only interaction with me was shooting me dead without a word which is rdm

Your twisting things around. I was directly involved in the situation with the police as you can hear me on comms with my men.

If you were in the same radio /ts room as the police and they told you to kill me then ill drop the matter. But i know for certain you were not in their comms room. You said nothing to me before you killed me so therefore it is rdm. No matter how you want to tidy it up to be something justifiable

Next time you wanna play Hero & help the Police make sure you RP it right.
