As a member of the police force, i can say sometimes we don't have time to get into deep rp like when we have a gunfight going on. but as Samatlewis said you can always make a formal complaint if you feel the need to.

I would allways take the roleplay over gunfight but if there is a chance of civilian casualtys aka kavala drug dealer that will allways take priority

Sorry to post in a locked thread, but I wanted to clarify this for James as I feel it's an important point.

Regarding these comments @james mike I can understand why you would think this because in RL the police would absolutely always put calls and emergencies first, however in ALUK, your number one priority is always to RP. If you are RPing with someone and an emergency comes in, you should call into other units and advise you're unable to respond.  Don't rush the RP, see it through. I know it goes against instinct, but that's the way it is.

Things are different if you're actively involved in a gunfight. You wouldn't be expected to stop and RP.
