Bad frames in gunfights making me a shitshot, need help.

So i have been noticing the same thing over and over, if i snipe everything is fine, however since this is a roleplay community and i'm a police officer this means i almost never have a chance to snipe.

So in close combat my problem is my frames freeze depending on where i am.

I notice this especially now that i started playing KOTH, if its kavala my frames freeze when i am being shot at or when i shoot my first shot.

Normal frames are around 20-40.

Kavala on Altislife gives me about 6-12 frames depening.

Kavala on KOTH gives me about 12 stable however like i explained it freezes my frames.

Ingame Visibility. (Y Menu)

Foot - 1500

Vehicle - 1800

Air - 2000, 2500 when i am actually flying.

What i request?

Someone with a bit of experience that could possibly help me figure out whats wrong, settings or is it my hardware?

Please do not post things i have no use for,

Telling me to buy an i7 or whatever is not helping me out as i have no money for that,

My wish is to see if there is any way i can improve my frames or at least the stability with what i have right now.

Specs:

AMD FX-8350 (i know this is not optimal, however i refuse to believe that everything runs fine but freezes when i shoot a bullet because of my processor)

GTX 970

16gb DDR3 -1866

I play at 1920x1080

(on a 144hz monitor but that makes no real difference).

And my arma 3 is installed on a seperate SSD used for games.

Also when ur in kav change your "object" to 500 there is no need for it to be on 1600 in a town

I used this in the past, until i got memory errors everywhere. Let's see if it's better now, thanks for reminding me that this exists.

I've had the exact same issue for a long time, It's inconsistent but there seems to be a 50/50 chance of when taking my first shot or getting shot at causes my game to freeze from anywhere between 1-3 seconds sometimes even longer, i've been told it's a memory issue but not sure how i'd go about fixing it :/

This is often caused by audio issues, there are two threads on the forum regarding this issue, I am in a bit of a hurry so could you search for it, if no luck ill find it later
