Back stab?

So if I would be robbed and they tell me to drop my stuff etc. And They then turn around after I dropped it all, am I then allowed to draw a pistol and shoot them? Or would that be RDM? Would really like to know since I have had that chance a couple of times but never dared to take the chance due to it being classed as RDM.

Its an awkward situation but I would think that you could shoot back if they are not concentrating on the main event as they have threatened your life.
