I think he means if you still can apply. They aren't accepting new people atm. Altis Airlines was one of the least used things in the game (sadly). This had some reasons (lack of work in it(no working messaging system,outdated skins etc)). It will hopefully brought back sometime but don't be to sure about it. If you want to run your own flying company go ahead
