Description of what happened:
I just joined, DI Zin just picked me up. We just ANPR'd their vehicle, they decided to open fire on us, with no talking whatsoever
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
 Some times before, they just keep doing it. So I won't even bother trying anymore

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence)


 
I see that you got a message from that guy that was in the car a minute before it happened. What did it say? 

 
How am I susposed to know that that guy is in the vehicle? And dont think sending a 999 call about this is classed as valid RP?

 
Ehm, we shouted, but I doubt that's audible, which is why Friendly Fire send a message to the general Emergency 999 thing saying: whoever is following the pickup truck not to follow us.

We then fire a few warning shots and you keep following us.

I have never met you in-game before, only Zin and he has never confronted me about shooting out of a vehicle before. So I'm not sure where this sentence comes from.

I have also just re-read the rules and I cannot find a rule stating we are not allowed to fire from the back of a car. Unless I read over it somehow:

He was not the driver so that would be metagame, 

The fact is that we as police officers are allowed to just drive after vichles, we dident put sirens on or anything like that just drived with safe distant in the background then you guys start open fire..

This shit need's to stop because its shit RP and destroys the event about speaking to each other,  if you act like these rp will never accure since police will open fire 

just my point !
 

 
Since we didn't want to metagame, we sent the message to the whole police force. That, along with warning shots, was the best we could come up with, considering the limitations of the game. Perhaps not the best RP at the time, but surely not bannable? We do plenty of good RP otherwise.

As for following: you drove past us from the opposite direction and turned around immediately. Since we just came from a robbery, we naturally assumed you to go after us.

Your names seem formilar to me, I am posutive I spoke to you or another officer did before this incident. The police already had a talk with FriendlyFire some time ago

I agree, talking is always the best option. We didnot hear anything. You can get awa with most things if RP'd good
 
Well whatever it was, I cannot remember you. Zin, on the other hand, I have met plenty of times before and I've had some excellent RP encounters with him, so in that regard I'm disappointed this should come to a report.

I shall now leave it to the admins to decide, I've already stated my view of the encounter. As far as I know, we did nothing wrong. If needed we can upload our pov as well, since we had a member recording.

Statement

If cops engage rp and put sirens on and follows you then you can open fire when you want to. in this case no rp was initiated

that made me not that happy about the situation it self. i know you guys can do better then that

That doesn't sound like grounds for a report because they can do better. And doing a 180 to follow a car as cops would start RP. You're obviously following them. You were given warning shots and continued to pursue despite the visible risk.

They did everything they could, to tell you to stop following. Yeah it's not brilliant RP. But it's the best they can do. Stopping and pulling over would likely result in them getting restrained on sight for carrying illegal weapons.

Axoloti is a very good role player and I'm vouching for her based on what I've seen from the NHS. While I understand you're frustrated, I don't see what else they could of reasonably done to evade police.

Bad RP on both sides.

Police

-No sirens or lights while pursuing,even after ANPR use and later gunshots.(But no rules broken.)

Rebels

-999 text warnings are bad RP(remember LoA).

-Initial shots were within reason as warnings or at the police vehicle tires with available gun depression from the back seat.

-Secondary shots were on the occupants of the vehicle at close range with no possible gun depression toward a vehicles tires which is the only approved location on a vehicle to shoot prior to full on verbal RP. (Rules broken.)

-Additional shots were fired when the police got out,before the police returned fire.
