Description of situation: Kha Zingo was standing near ATM/Garage for some time. I was going to pull out my vehicle, but i seen him, full armed with weapon out, from distance, so i started to observe him a bit. I saw him with a guy, so i thought he is robbing him. I started to sneak behind his back, and took good defensive position, then shouted few times "on the ground!". He turned around and start looking for me, i felt adrenaline (because I had no chance in contact) and for me it took ages (on the video I saw that, it was quicker than I thought), so i shot him few times.
Why unban me?: I know it was "really poor RP", but he was heavily armed and armored, I had only .45, and I was shot many times earlier, becasue i shouted too many times, and they just turn around and kill me. I think he could even holster a weapon or get on that ground. He probably killed many people before i came (just look at his bounty!).
I will try as hard, as I can to not let to this situation again (I'll make 100% sure next time), but for me It wasn't clear RDM case.
