Audio problems

Soo today I decided that I wanted to go see my audio devices in the menu for that.

And suddenly the audio device for my headphones stopped working, and no I didn't touch anything, it just stopped...

Then as this had happened before, I sort of knew what to do and therefore I went to my device manager and uninstalled the driver.

And now my computer wont recognize the device anymore and the old driver is not installing back, I tried to install 3 other versions from the web with no luck.

Now if anyone here knows how to fix this issue...that would be lovely!  (The driver was called IDT High definition audio) or something like that*

and yes I have tried to reboot, 3 times actually.

Start in safe mode and remove all drivers for sound then reboot, let me know how that works out. Otherwise looking at a remote session.
