Audio Problem direct channel

Hello everyone,

I have this problem since a week. My audio is perfect beside one thing.

The sound of cars, guns and all that is way louder than the people speaking ingame which leads to the problem i can not hear them or it's hard to hear them.

I googled this many times and tried to find solutions for it. All my audio settings are set the maximum. I hope somebody knows a solution for it as this is really annoying.

Turn VON up to max, and then change effects down to quite low, like this:
