Audio muffled when driving in 3rd person

I use a Logitech G432 headset.

I have windows 8.1.

I encountered this problem after the contact DLC released,I have looked everywhere and I cannot find a solution,so I am asking if anyone has a solution or tips that could help me find the problem.

EDIT:

this is only a problem in Arma 3,no other games.

I have the same thing after the latest arma 3 update, it sounds like you're underwater.
