Iceland is pretty good, I went there in february last year. Clear dark skies for the northern lights, raging frozen waterfalls, and boiling hot geysirs surrounded by snow and ice.

Greyline were the company I used, they were great, picked you up from your hotel, dropped you off there after each trip. Saw some amazing sights both above and below ground!

Scotland is a beautiful place, just avoid Glasgow.
