Which Server did this happen on: #2
Description of what happened: I took out my helicopter, and as I did so, Alex Moss came
racing down, he was talking a little while still in his car with my friend. I started
the helicopter's engine, began to fly, then he reversed attempting ram into me ( as
shown in the video ). This is the 2nd time I had reported Alex Moss, he got banned before
and Wilco allowed him a 2nd chance. So I do not know why he is trying to break the rules
yet again.
What Rule Was Broken ?: Attempted VDM
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about
RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)
For the record, if I had not taken off, he would have crashed into me.
