Attempted KoS by EXP gang

Time & Date this happened: 12AM Server time?
 
Which Server did this happen on: #1
 
Description of what happened: I was walking along next to athira garage, when i saw 3 vehicles, tempest and two hemmmts parked, so i checked em out. In that point one of the EXP kids went over saying stop right there, which i did, but once i saw i could escape them i ran off, and they started shooting at me (not effectively). So i drew my sidearm and killed one, grabbed his gun and ran off, to be shot by the rest of his crew (missing me)
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: KoS was not given, he had shown no hostilities nor have i posed a threat to his life, he had NO reason to shoot me. If he had said i will shoot you if you don't stop i'd respect that, but he didn't. This is a rulebreak and i hope this community agrees.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No point, whenever i am IG all i here in side chat is nice RDM EXP etc.. Can expect they are not the type of folks who should be talked to.

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after) I do have a video which shall be uploaded soon.


 
Greetings, my name is Thresh with the rank Major within EXP. 

I'd like to point out a few things..

1. "Attempted KoS by EXP gang" and "Name of the person you are reporting: EXP"... 
Maybe you could be a little bit more precise and actually tell us what the names was? 
I do hope you understand that there's about 20 active members in EXP.. I'm quite sure you wasnt shot upon and survived by 20 players.. You'd be dead. Plus the fact that we've never actually been all of us online at the same time. 

2. Let me quote your own words.

So what you're telling me is that you were close to several EXP members.. Rebels with ghillie suits, MXM's and MK18's... They tell you to stop right there.. You do it for a short period of time and then you try to make a run for it? 
And you don't expect to get shot? 
You seriously do not understand that if there's armed men that tells you to "stop right there" and you choose to run, you'll get killed? 
Would you run away from a Assault Rifle armed man in real life if he told you to stop? Quite sure you wouldnt. 

3. How many times have you seen "Nice RDM EXP" in sidechatt? 
I'd like to know that. We've been accused maybe.. 2 times the last two weeks. 
What I'm aware of. And ofcourse, I only play about 6-9 hours a day so ofcourse I MAYBE have missed a few messages. 

I'd very much enjoy if you could not try to trashtalk EXP here in this report with small hidden messages because you're simply butthurt. I'm sorry, but yes I just said it. You're butthurt.
You ran away and got fired upon, and now you sit here with a report versus us trashtalking us for bad aim and accusing us of being players who often RDM's. 

However, I would like to request one of the forum moderators to please lock the thread untill admins have made a call about this situation. 

If there's a need of a reason for locking it, feel free to message me and I'll let you know. Thanks.

This will not end in a ban bu I also do think that a bit more of RP from the EXP Side would not have hurt anyone.

(Oh the irony.)

So guys it actually would be nice to atleast speak out REAL threats.
