Description of what happened:  We had received an alert that someone is attempting a prison break, so we were responding... a gunfight broke out and as I was taking the lone culprit to Athira HQ for processing he attempted to kill me while in restraints.  Player tried to abuse game mechanics and during the animation that always happens when someone is restrained, he took advantage that his primary weapon was deployed and shot at me/hit me almost killed me.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:  2B (I think... Rules page is down). Exploiting/Glitching.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: He logged out of the game before I could get a chance to. He did try to RP with me as if nothing had happened when we were at Athira HQ though.

Hello,

First of all i  was trying to let my gang members out .. and then he came to me and restrained me ..tell now all fine and no problem but when he restrained me i was not in my pc because i got angry and i go to bahroom so my child was in my pc and he's small kid so i think he was trying to play and our bad luck he click to fire after he got restrained and as u can see when the police man was trying to contact with me i was not reply him because i was not there

and i never try to do Exploiting/Glitching because i respect the rules of server and i don't like who do that

and if i'm doing any wrong here please forgive me

so why you report me now !!!

u just need to tell me the error 

because just now i know my kid doing this by error

I have seen ATN members RDM countless of times and not only that, I've personally been shot at by 2 ATN members (Snip3r and 1 other) INSIDE NPAS HQ (Blue area), while trying to save their friend, who was being processed for attempted murder of a police officer. 
I was so angry at myself that I didn't have shadowplay working, but the at least they couldn't aim properly and killed their friend, plus got killed by a fellow SPC, while trying to escape the area (out of blue area).

dude i will tell you 1 thing .. if you hate someone in game because he's play better than you .. that's not mean to lie and say anything to let him banned 

anyway don't say anything without proofs next time and don't spam the post here ,ATN Team respect the rules better than any gang in server and i'm the  leader for them and i know all my team what they do .. so don't lie and spam here next time 

i can easy if someone open report Against you so i can reply to his report about you and say that u was killed me 10000 time and RDM and vdm and everything that u can imagine .. and i will say i forget to record it ... bala bala bala ..

so please if you have proofs or anything Against our team or me just open your report and i'm sure the admins of server will help you and we will respected there judgements even if they banned us.

Helmi... the person talking to me in-game did not sound like a 7 year old (moments after you tried to shoot me in restraints). Keep in mind I was recording from the moment we started approaching the prison to the moment RP ended (long after you had been dispatched to prison).   Also try to keep in mind that people make these claims regularly, and they aren't a valid excuse.  I can believe the part about you moving to the restroom momentarily, but he didn't just "click to shoot", he deliberately followed me and tried to aim at me... seemed to me like he knew what he was doing.

I didn't tell you at the time because as police officers we aren't to break RP, even when someone is blatantly abusing things like this, we're to stay in-character and resolve the matter afterwards.  

After I sent you to prison, I was still focused on RP'ing with my colleagues, by the time everything was said and done your entire gang had logged off the server, including you. 

I have been here too long to be bothered by people breaking the rules and letting it get in the way of my RP, It takes a back-seat now. So much so that there are a lot of other people I have evidence on but simply can't be bothered to make reports for, these things do take time to post properly and they aren't something I enjoy doing, so I only focus on the ones who are actually causing real damage to the quality of the roleplay everyone is exposed to.

I can only tell you that I was also the person who sent your colleagues to prison earlier, and what they did to earn that ride was tantamount to RDM... as we passed/drove by them, they shouted "Put your hands up" at our vehicle and started shooting at us, got one of our tires, and proceeded to chase us with an Ifrit, which lead to them being arrested and giving me the silent treatment the entire time, they literally never spoke to me while I tried to RP with them. On your defense I will say that you did RP with me a little... but that's not the issue here.

I tend to not hold an entire gang culpable for the actions of a single member, but when 3/4 (literally) of the gang behaves like this, then the remaining 1/4 tries to kill me while restrained, there really isn't much left to wonder.

Helmi, ultimately this isn't my decision, I will let the admins decide if what you claim to be your son's actions are excusable this time. I don't feel any particular way towards you, I am only acting on the very limited interaction we had on this particular occasion.

sir about my kid i think because he don't speak eng and he only speak Arabic so u think he's me and he's Old.or maybe he was open the mic when i was going ti restroom so u think its me who do this ,  but i swear that i didn't know that i shoot you only from this report and video i saw it .

sir my kid play arma 3 better than me .. he saw me all time play it with my brothers and my kid's smart .

anyway thank you for your report  and i will wait for admin reply and if i'm doing anything wrong and deserve the ban .. then its okay for me and i will open my ayes next time.

After mulling it over I'm not sure I would feel right having him banned for something that have actually happened while he was in the john...
