Broken Rule: 2E - Logging/Combat Logging.

I was in the middle of Athira when I heard gunshots, then what happened was I tried to find out who was shooting, after, I saw a load of hobos just annoying me and my friend by running around shouting, etc
so I ran around, then my disk usage spiked which causes my arma 3 to freeze for 2-3 seconds (happens randomly - I have proof of losing a gunfight with the cops too if you want to see) so I run into a building which was broken down from the top to end my arma because it started to froze up,
so when I did this I was afk, then someone shot me as I was ending the arma 3 task. The end result was it said I disconnected after he killed me.
I did try to settle this with the person who reported me (and killed me - without role play but I don't mind) "Zeiger" and he didn't seem to understand what happened, and I understand this is my second ban but it's for combat logging which isn't what I wanted to do.
Please understand that I wouldn't risk a ban for £200k worth of gear so I wouldn't even dare combat log.
