I'm pretty sure it gets given to police officers when they log out while dead, or the server restarts while they're dead and therefore lose their gear, you may want to contact staff

Pretty sure you only get these if a cop logs out before re spawning, I've spawned with one of these before but obviously got rid of it.

Don't think you're meant to have this lmao some cheeky cop has given this to somebody

if get this if you combat-log while in police slot. its normal NATO gear

It is a bug when you spawn and have a NATO Soldier loadout, had it back when i was first in the police and we just put it all in a car and stored it
