Arma Units Picture system

I am aware of the fact that you can use certain pictures from your Arma Units page on the server, but can you only do this as Civ or can police officers also apply this to their vehicles. And is it only vehicle or also uniforms ?

And does the picture need to be a certain format? ( apart from the Units format. )

If this is essentially/the same as Squad XML, it applies to uniforms and vehicles, however whether or not the faction/group allows them within their own internal rules is up to them.
