Arma Private Session/Server Help

CyberDOLT

Digital Hobo
It's been a long time since I set up a private session / server that I can mess around with friends on. I don't remember how to properly do it. Is this port forwarding correct or ? IDK. I'm absolutely trash at this.

Make sure you have UPNP enabled on your router. If you do and tick the box in Arma 3 when hosting Arma 3 will open port 2302 for you when needed but you must have UPNP enabled from within your router settings.

So from the server browser in Arma 3 -> click Host server -> Then click from LAN to Internet -> Tick UPNP

There you go no port forwarding because hurray for UPNP.

PS. UPNP stands for Universal Plug and Play

Yay you’re back!

(even if it is just to steal out tech support)

Who are you talking about? What are you talking about? I'm curious?
Cyberdolt used to be staff but disappeared with real life stuff a while ago and now pops back very rarely to steal our technical expertise for his issues!!

Love ya really @CyberDOLT you should come on ts and say hello
