Arma 3 not launching.

For some reason my Arma 3 Is not launching! Quite recently I wanted to play some Arma 3 so I launched it up. I noticed that it wouldn't launch. I've Validated my Steam Game Cache, I've Re-installed Arma 3 but yet it still isn't working! Member Support Redirected me to here so Hopefully you guys can help. (Feel free to ask questions In detail)

Specs, programs running in background, drivers up to date? directx, etc up to date?

When you say "not Launching" were going to need more detail, do you even get the launcher ?
I am presuming it used to run fine, but how long ago was that, and what has potentially changed that your aware of in the meantime ?

@LemmenThe Launcher isn't even popping up & yeah its upto date. I've decided to just setup the Arma 3 ALUK Launcher and Set Launch Options to "-noLauncher"

So it's the launcher that isn't starting but the game starts fine?

How about launching trough Mod launcher if u have it?

Technically yep, when i put the launch options it worked. But Launcher I think has a corrupt file in it.

All I can tell you unless you're willing to reinstall your game will be to use start parameters or a third party launcher.
