Arma 3 Like New

So  i have tons of mods in arma 3 directory adn whe ni try to load them my gaem crash .etc and yes i verify files and did any thing availible  

the only think that should 100%work is if i gone delete ama 3 files like not just go to the control panel bercause its not deleting all the game files (mods.etc ) so if there is and app way i can delete the game files (all of them adn reinstall the game ?

Basicly like first time  installation?

Please tell me there is way to do it?

Uninstall it via Steam / Control Panel and it'll remove all the base game stuff.  Once that's done, go to wherever it was actually installed and you'll see the only things left are the mod files, just delete all of them like you'd normally delete a file and then re-install the game
