Arma 3 GPS

I can't seem to resize my GPS anymore..

Is this just me or is anyone else having the problem, like why? 

Like when you have the GPS on your HUD it's like the picture below, but you can resize it or at least you could?

New Arma Update changed it, for some reason they disabled the resize on it.
