So I had an interesting read about the possible expansion that's coming after the DLCs that are going to improve the game mechanics. There are some in game things that makes it plausible. Short version is CSAT China,(The Zafir is a Chinese copy of an Israeli LMG btw.)better equipped NATO, and Russia as an Independent wildcard.

Wouldn't surprise me, if you look through the game's files you can actually find a few russian versions of the CSAT uniforms. I personally hope it's like another Operation Arrowhead, where everything improves in one big hit and all the community shifts over to it very quickly.

I believe that is the case as if you look at the DLC(The gokarts were an April fools joke people ended up actually wanting.) the Helicopter and Marksman DLC as well as the little updates that keep trickling out such as weapon inertia are improving the game mechanics themselves and not adding lots of content. They're fortifying the game's foundation before expanding it.
