Arma 3 crashes after about 2 minutes into joining a game.

Hello, 

I have previously played on this server about a year ago and recently wanted to get back into Arma, however this issue has been stopping me. I tried to upload this query onto the bohemia interactive forums but got no help and i remember this community to be quite quick at responding so we will see if that has sustained in a year.

The issue

Whenever I join a multiplayer game,  mods or not, it loads up, i join, walk about for max.  2 minutes then the whole game freezes and I have to restart my PC. It might be vague but i do not know  what else to say.

How I've tried to  resolve it (failed attempts)

- Validating game cache

- Totally uninstalling steam and arma then reinstalling

- Got Arma on another steam account (still on my PC)

 - Disabling anti-virus softwares

- Running Arma in different versions (64 bit, 32 bit)

My specs

128gb SSD (has windows, steam and arma on)

CPU - AMD A4-5300 APU with Raedon graphics 3.50 GHz

GPU - Raedon R7 200 

8GB Ram

OS - Windows 10 (64 bit)

Any help would be appreciated.

it sounds stupid try it in windoded mode and smaller resoultion

Play the game in Fullscreen Windowed

Quick qustion is the graphic integrated or dedicated

I tried both of your suggestions and it did not work. I was able to play for about 30 minutes on a wasteland server without mods and after around 30 minutes the game crashed and didnt respond. I left it after it said not responding and finally the game closed by itself. Any more help would be brilliant.

Is your problem only on servers or for example in campaign and scenarios?

Change your memory allocation in All Parameters on the launcher to the setting that starts with J, I’m not at my PC right now but I think it’s something like JEMTEC x64
