Arma 3 crash help

This never used to happen, but when I tab out or get a window notification it brings me to my desktop and won't tab back in. I then leave it for 5 minutes and it crashes. It only happens on the server, can anyone help?

Put the game under video options on fulscreen windowed this might help if i understand your problem correctly

borderless window or just dont tab out ?

Also run arma in administrator mode that way it wont tab you out on window popouts
