Description of what happened: Pulled up to talk to someone who landed his helicopter, he was restrained then his mate shot. Also note I restrained him before he shot but the server did it at the same time.
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I sent him an out of character message via the mobile system but he didn't reply.
