Are the admins too harsh? Will I forever be banned?

Ok, so twice I've been banned from Altis Life UK. The first time was for swearing outside of Role-Play, where I was un-banned following my appeal and I was given my last chance. And the Second time was only a couple weeks ago, which was a misunderstanding that was my fault. Now, instead of explaining what happened I'll post my denied appeal here: http://www.altislife.co.uk/topic/33269-un-ban-appeal-incognito-denied/.

Now, I understand why I was banned, and I also understand why it was denied. I thought I'd leave it a couple weeks before I asked and here it is.

How can I get un-banned? I'm not a dummy and I can clearly see I was told "No more chances", BUT, from my perspective I was banned due to a misunderstanding which was my fault. But I feel I was treated unfairly, because although "no more chances" means exactly that, this ban was a misunderstanding. I cant emphasize that enough. I do really want to be unbanned because I miss ALUK, but sadly I don't know if it's even worth making a ban appeal so I'll post this here as more of a debate.

Are the Altis Life UK admins a little to harsh? I mean the server is squeaky clean due to there work but I'm sure there are far more people in my situation than just me.

Maybe you're trapped in the grey area, and quite frankly I feel bad - you seem like a nice guy. Admins get it right 99.99% of the time, I'd rather have them a little 'harsh' than pushovers who let the plagues of trolly burkes flood the island and ruin what is quite a fantastic server. Post an unban appeal, you never know.

I totally understand Fung mate, the server is squeaky clean. But a 48hr ban every now and then instead of a perm may be a little bit better? And nah, I dont want to waste mine or the admins time as shown by vladic ka XD
