Are police allowed to shoot me with lethal bullets, and let me bleed out?

It said I was "shot" by a policeman while I was in a hill overlooking an ATM robbery. He then walked right over me and didn't pick me up I then bled out. The rule says they can't execute players, but he left me to die is that allowed?

There's no specific rule for police, or the server in general that you're required to help someone bleeing out. At the end of the day, it's up to the person, if they decide to help you or not.

Another thing you need to take into consideration during an active gunfight is, it's not always prioritized making sure the people shot in the gunfight doesn't bleed out or not, they often tend to press the famous "F" whenever they can. At the end of the day, the area is deemed hostile, meaning, that if the officer decide to treat you, it could be a risk to their own life. At the end of the gunfight, that could both be that all hostiles have been shot, or that police decide to leave the area, because they're heavily outnumbered, getting injured police out of the area is always prioritized over getting an injured rebel/civilian.

If you didn’t have a weapon, and hadn’t been interacted with, then generally that is grounds for a valid report or comp through resolving on ts

Uhm no, not really. If he was clearly spotting for his friends, well then there is nothing wrong here.

police to the best of my knowledge are NOT obligted to get you medical help i think there should be incentive WHERE POSSIBLE for them to do so and i have seen them do so alot but depending on the situation thats not always possible for them to do such as gunfights in progress

now as for medics its a different set of rules if you was shot during a gunfight we must stand down untill the gunfight is over or 5 minutes has passed which ever comes soonest (i usually use the death clock of the most recent player to decide this) however if i head in and hear gunshots i must imidiatley pull out and retreat 1km

(edit) untill 5 minutes has passed AND ONLY if no more gunshots or fatalitys have occoured

other things at play is whats going on on the rest of the server such as

is the server busy and medics are stretched thin dealing with other revives chances are they might not get to you straight away but witll try there best

medics have criteria for reviving both strict and flexible strict is they must revive medics then police then everyone else and thats the rules no exceptions

flexible is distance medics will usually prioritise those they can get too fastest unless there in a heli then they might plan there journey such that they will fly past you in order to get someone whos going to bleedout sooner so they can then double back for you

there could be 1 medic whos only in a car and your the other end of the map and theres no feasable way for him to get to you so sadley you die (which is why all players should carry stretchers and blood bags rather than defibs cause there more usefull)

as for can a police officer order a medic not to revive you ive been told they could... ive also been told it would be at my discretion as to wether i follow that order from the police as the Hippocratic oath a medic would take would necessitate them to treat the guy

but for the police i can say just know that it may not seem like were trying or that were ignoring you but were trying the best we can to get to you

rly? you guys are allowed to use lethal force for non lethal activities....seems legit 🤷‍♂️
If you are spotting for friends in a gun fight, you are involved in lethal acitivities.

And where do you draw the line between a friend spotting for others and just a random person watching a gunfight?

We don't have a general rule, it's a call that is made there and then depending on the situation at hand.
