I do not see a reason why you would give your gun to someone els as it has no use.

The gun works in combination with the bounty hunters outfit.

When a player tries to pickup the outfit and he does not own the bounty hunter licence the outfit will be deleted.

The PDW will be switched from rubber gun to normal gun when handed over to a other player.

As far as rules goes i dont believe there is a rule against handing over the gun.

So I could basically sell ammo, weapons and attachments from the Bounty HQ to players in Kavala?

Your a bounty hunter. Selling weapons and ammo will be against the law that are willing to protect by becoming a bounty hunter.

If you are using the weapon it is deemed Legal. If a non BH is carrying the weapon its deemed illegal.

If you are going to sell those weapons there is a change you will be sent to jail and with that lose the 2 million Bounty hunter licence.

Rules wise i do not see a problem with you selling these weapons etc..

Be fully aware that if a police officer capture you doing it you will be sented to jail for dealing in illegal weapons and you will lose the licence.

" There are always dirty people around so why not a dirty Bounty Hunter "

Being a dirty bounty hunter would make for interesting roleplay. :)

Keep in consideration how much the weapon costs. If you get it for dirt cheap and sell it for x amount, you're exploiting the system. This is going against Rule 8.1.2. The BH was definitely not intended to become some sort of blackmarket dealer for PDWs and such an element would create serious imbalance. Just think: if you were to do the same thing as a civilian, you would have to survive your way to one of the rebel outposts and load your vehicle full of weapons and survive your way back to Kavala to sell weapons in such a manner.

While yes it is likely you would get caught red-handed by the cops in no time for supplying hobos with PDWs and lose out on your bounty hunter license, you could seriously cause havoc by supplying the wrong people with the means to full auto GZ. While you aren't responsible for other's actions, this is something they would not be able to accomplish without living the risk of entering the red zone.

Obviously, the above is just my opinion on the matter and it would be staff with the final say-so if your selling of PDWs and gear was to become an issue.
