Time & Date this happened: Around 3:00 gmt 31/10/2015
Which Server did this happen on: Server 1
Description of what happened: I was being taken hostage by 3 gents. They then got out the car and all started playing musical seats before one deciding that they wanted me to get in the drivers seat. When I did that I noticed one had a Police body Armour and informed them that under the new rules they where breaking server rules over OCC using //. They then decided to come out with the line "Oh well i guess ill just have to kill you and take yours then. He then decided to shoot me in the face a body glitch my body amour off my dead body before logging off when i asked him to join teamspeak. The remaining 2 decided to shoot one at each other killing each other before combat logging and being kick by @WhoisDan. Im sure this classes as Body Glitching, and Combat logging.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
2D) Using known exploits such as looting dead bodies, any duplication of items, duplication of money, using the Anti-VDM script to regain full health, landing on the roof of drug processors, working with Bounty hunters to exploit money from the wanted system, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside normal usage (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal)

Yes they combat logged
