ARAC and Taxi license

So I had an ARAC license but I decided to buy a taxi one as well...when I got to the taxi shop I got a message saying that I could only have an ARAC or taxi license at a time...I said ok...Ill take the taxi one...it removed my arac license but it also taxed me 1 mil for it...so now I lost 1 mil since I dont have the arac license anymore...is there a way that I can request a compensation for that since it doesnt really seem fair...

@SUR Adrian Thats the thing if you bought earlier a arac license for 1 mil, and now decide to change to a taxi license you need to pay again 1 mill. otherwise people would change all the time. so you cannot get compensation for that.
