What sorta stuff do you get from doing this because Ik of its existence and how risky it is due to its location but no one ever does it anymore so what is so bad about it.

I dont think the location much affects how "risky" the Place is to rob. It does not matter if you go to gas station or to RBA that alarm will still get triggered and police will come. It is obviously then up to you how you will deal with the situation. Bottom line is that the alarm got triggered and you better be ready to sort your RP from there.

In a nutshell: In AR weapon cache there some weapon crates in the rooms of the office building. You need to break the doors in. As far as I know you going to need boltcutters and/or codebreaker, or vise versa. You then loot these crates where you get some weapons to your Y inventory what you then need to take to laundering service. There you will get some money from these weapons. I think the amount of money has always been so low compared to RBA/international that people have not really bothered with it, instead of the "risk" lvl what you mentioned. If its a gunfight over an police protected objective all of the police is bound to show up, it does not matter if its a kavala or sofia.
