Does anyone know roughly how long it takes for a reply to your role applications/ does it say anywhere

Police and NHS applications are usually answered pretty quickly. BA applications can take longer due to small number of people able to do them. If you haven't received a response within 24-48 hours for your police or NHS application then probably best to contact Recruitment team (for Police) or CSTs (for NHS) on our TeamSpeak server (ts.roleplay.co.uk).
