Nope, no application needed. although it's highly recommended you read the rules before joining as the rules are very strict around here.

As @CMO Joel Denning mentioned no mods are needed to connect to the server. Make sure you Direct connect to the server via s1.roleplay.co.uk Port:2302. With whitelisting, To be a civilian you don't need to be whitelisted as these are public slots for all to use. There is some whitelisted slots within the community i.e Police, NHS, UNMC.
