Rule broken - Killing = Instant Ban, No killing in the safezone... no killing from outside the safezone if someone is inside it and no killing people outside the safezone from the safezone.

I was on the server for about half an hour when there was a huge explosion in the middle of the town from a car collision , killing several police officers and civ. Following this i found a gun at the crash site and picked it up , i knew i should not have had the gun at this point.

During this time i did not know that a weapon should be holstered in the safe zone [ green ] , also there was a huge crowd of people at the crash site fighting and police showed up , people were screaming he has a gun and i didnt know if i would get in trouble just for having the gun , so i aimed at random and killed a police officer.

I now know how serious and how strict the guidelines to this server are which is great as it makes for a better experience which i wish to be part of. 

I was instantly banned , i am now appealing to be unabanned as i have read all of the rules , [ im an idiot for not reading before playing ]  but i now know all the rules and will follow protocol accordingly.

Hope i get one more chance , hope to see you back server side.

If you are given a final chance and its outside the greenzone... how would you roleplay this ?

Are you saying would I shoot a police officer outside the green zone ?

Yes... from what it sounds like its pure RDM greenzone or not.

If you mean what would I do if I found a gun outside the green zone then I would turn it in or I would go to red zone with it, depending on if I was alone or ye current scenario / situation .

It was very dark there was 6 plus people in a circle I did not directly aim to kill the officer - I had no nightvision and it was pitch black , as I say i now know the guidelines when inside the green zone.

I understand what you are saying and as I say it was dark I had no NV on as I had only just joined - did not directly aim to kill the officer , there were a lot of people around following the car pile up and explosions , people were trying to loot the bodies , there were other civs with AR's - I panicked and one thing lead to another . I know how strict the rules and bans are thAts why I want to be able to play here , as it makes for a better experience all round - plus it wouldn't happen again because I know that even if I got unbanned now and was given a final chance I would be perma banned if I was to break any rules In The future.

Not worried about the rules being broken... You need to understand this is a serious roleplay server/community so please make sure you remember that.
