My app got accepted and all but could someone in detail explain to me the res of the process like Cadets and interviews and where I could get the SOPs?

When your application was accepted you shud have gotten a msg and included a link to a handbook. In there all the information you need for the interview is found.

After that you will go thru a training prosses including diffrent tests/traings.
